8/3 Program Minimum Workout

Warm Up:
Leg Raise
SLRDL
Face the wall Squat
Pump Stretch
Side to side toe touch

12 minutes

Skill Work: RKC High Pull

10 minutes

Get Ups: 45 sec on, 15 sec off each side (4 rounds)
Weakest part of each person's Get Up

Full Get Ups, alternating arms
5 minutes

13 minutes

3 minutes rest

Kettlebell swings
20 reps EMOTM 10 minutes

Bretzel, Foam Roll
