Warm Up:
Single leg raises 8 ea.
Single Leg Romanian Deadlift 8 ea.
Face the Wall Squat 15
Halo 20
Alternating side toe touch 20
Scorpion 20

15 minutes

Get Up Work
Alternating arms for 10 minutes, slow pace, focus on weak areas

Kettlebell Swings
12 on the minute for 20 minutes

Finish
Bretzel and Foam Roll
