Cabell's 6/2 workout

A.M. session
prep work - 5 min
half get up - 24k x 3/3 x 6:00
deadlift - 140 x 4 x 5 on :90
swing - 24k x 15 x 10 on :60
stretch/finish - roller, hip flexor, bretzel - 5 min
total time - 28 min

P.M. session
prep work - 5 min
get up - 20k x 1/1 x 7:00
swing - 24k x 20 x 7 on :60
stretch/finish - roller, hip flexor, bretzel - 5 min
total time - 24 min

Brutally simple!!!!!!
