Prep
pump stretch
face the wall squat

Work
swing - 3 sets of 20
get up - practice
swing - 8 sets of 15 on :60 seconds
half get up - 2 each arm for 6 min
swing - 6 sets of 10 on :45 seconds

Stretch/Finish
bretzel
