Cabell gave me this book to read a few days ago. Now, being the skeptical person I am, I was rather hesitant to believe that I would learn anything particularly revelatory from this text. Oh how wrong I was. I'm only a third of the way through the book, and the tension techniques that Pavel teaches sum up and expound on everything that took me years to learn. This book presents in an easy to follow, organized fashion. I'm convinced. This book will make you stronger if you read it. I'm only a third of the way through, but it has already allowed me to go from a shaky single leg squat to a strong single leg squat while holding a 53lb Kettlebell. Consistently, and in less than 20 minutes.
Read it.
