Cabell's 5/25 workout

This was fun! New numbers on my deadlift! Heaviest sets to date!

Movement Prep - 8 min total
Pump - 3 min
Super Joints: hips - 5 minutes

Work - 22 min total
Deadlift - 140 x 4, 190 x 2 - 2 min
- then 230 x 1 x 10 on :60 - 10 min
Get up - 24k x 1 (alt every rep) for 10 minutes - 10 min

Stretch & Finish - 10 min total
Frog - 3 min
Straddle - 4 min
Lateral leg swings - 2 min
Roller - 1 min

Total time - 40 min
