So here's what I did today. 28 minutes total.
Pump stretch
Face the wall squats - used 16k
Deadlift - 140 x 5 to get going. Then 200 x 2 for 10 sets on :90 interval.
Get up - 2ok x 2 with the same arm every minute for 10 minutes.
Single leg deadlift - 2 16k x 3 per leg for 3 sets on :45 interval.
Hip flexor stretch
